Cancellation Policy
When a Charter is booked with Biloxi Sport Fishing, the boat is taken off its listing and “Reserved”. No one else can book the boat during that period. When a Charter is cancelled on short notice within 72 hours of the Charter. It is frequently too late for that boat to go back on the listing and be rechartered. All too often after a Charter is cancelled, the boat sits tied up and the crew goes without work for the day. It is for this reason we have a Cancellation Policy.
If you are a “No Show” this will result in a loss of deposit. The full balance due may be charged to your card on file. If you are going to be late you must call. We will make one attempt to contact you, if we are not able to reach you it will be considered a “No Show” 30 minutes after your start time.

Customers may cancel their booking up to 72 hours prior to their scheduled booking free of charge.
If the booking is cancelled within the 72 hour window, or in the event of a no show, 100% of the deposit and balance is forfeited.
Cancellations due to weather will receive a full refund. The Captain will have the final call on weather cancelations. Weather cancellations by the customer will result in loss of deposit and 100% balance due.
